low carb meal that you can make for under $3. that's great for supplementing your workouts,. and getting shredded.. Today, we'll be making wraps.. So, I passed by the supermarket earlier,. and picked up a couple ingredients.. We have some spinach wraps, and low carb whole wheat wraps.
We have some actual spinach here,. onions, tomatoes, and avocado.. For the protein, we have three different variations.
I'm gonna be showing you guys. three different ways to make these wraps. that consists of the same amount of protein,. and nutritional value.. For the main source of protein,. I've gone with three eggs, tempeh and chicken.. If you don't eat meat, or if you're a vegan,. you can always go with tempeh..
