Hello everybody at home on YouTube  it's Peter Angora again and today's video  

is very special because I'm going to give you an  all-access open tour as if you had met me at one  

of Miami's most iconic buildings 1,000 we're  gonna start with the architecture walk our way  

into the lobby go through the amenities and work  our way up to the insane helipad so 1000 Museum  

is a very very unique building it was designed  by zaha hadid it was one of her last projects  

before she passed away and the building is 62  storeys high at over 700 7 feet tall when it  

was completed in 2019 it was one of the smallest  buildings in the entire history of Miami and it  

had one of the deepest foundations on record in  the entire city to make that structure as tall  

as it was the exotic building features a curving  exoskeleton that partially obscures the balconies  

and serves for structural purposes in addition to  its insane beauty this helps the interior spaces  

have fewer columns and for those of you who've  been following our channel at home we filmed for  

half floor units and one insane penthouse that  you could check out at the links at the end of  

this video but we're going to show you when  we get into the building in this video some  

unseen footage and longer and extended versions  for you to really appreciate the uniqueness and  

architecture of this gorgeous building so let's  get ready to go on a full tour as if you are on  

a showing with me if you're from out of town we  would most likely be pulling up to this entrance  

together if you're local we would probably be  meeting each other here and you'll notice a  

consistent design of futuristic elegance from when  you walk in to when you start going to the units  

there's a really dramatic feel here that you're in  the future additional staff amenities and security  

are located behind this main lobby including a  daily breakfast for residences and as we start  

to leave the lobby and you notice the amazing  painting and sculpture of zaha hadid and we enter  

the hallway on our way to a high speed elevator  it is one of the most futuristic elevators that  

includes insane smart technology and our first  stop will be the triple height Sky Lounge the  

Sky Lounge which features an arched water drop  pattern and its interior walls provides one of  

the most dramatic venues for private affairs  and residents who get to enjoy this beautiful  

space both in the morning noon and evening in  addition to its triple height space overlooking  

the waters of Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach there is  a magnificent private dining room any multimedia  

theater for movie screenings lectures and business  presentations everything for the mogul who wants  

to enjoy both luxury architecture and amenities  as you continue to follow me in this area you'll  

notice a double-height Aquatic Center and it is  one of the crown jewels of the property well you  

will get to enjoy an infinity-edge pool that is  extremely innovative unique and one-of-a-kind  

you'll notice the water drop pattern on the  ceilings again are carried over which really  

lights up amazing at sunset and has its own cool  architecture and texture to it when you would see  

it in person these interior walls and double  high glass elevates the experience of really  

spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean Biscayne  Bay and the Miami skyline as our tour would  

normally continue in person I would then take  you to the unit that you're interested in seeing  

of museum quality residences this includes  duplex townhomes half floor residences full  

floor penthouses which we have filmed and a  single duplex penthouse the residents here  

are who's who of Miami including the new famous  future residences the Beckham family the interiors  

have been crafted from the finest finishes and  you'll notice that the floor plans go east to  

west and they range from 46 hundred square foot  residences to residences that are almost over  

11,000 square feet and feature between 10 and  20 foot ceiling heights we're going to go back  

to one of the penthouses we've filmed now that is  just shy of 19 million dollars it was a full floor  

penthouse and had close to a hundred foot Terrace  it featured five bedrooms six and a half bathrooms  

four parking spots had over 10,000 326 square  feet on its interior and including the massive  

balcony had 11,000 544 square feet it came fully  furnished had one of the most impressive great  

rooms that we've ever seen a media room a family  and entertainment room 12-foot ceiling heights  

smart home technology and unobstructed views of  Biscayne Bay and the water if the penthouses are  

a little bit too large for your taste I would then  take you to some of the half floor units that we  

are featuring here in some extended video clips  and showing you some unseen footage so you get a  

real feel of the east to west flow through floor  plans that really capture the panoramic views  

of Biscayne Bay the Atlantic Ocean and the Miami  skyline you'll notice that terraces are oversized  

that there's no interior columns in the middle  of the units thanks to the insane architecture  

all of the kitchens are custom made with Italian  features and quartz countertops all of the implyin  

Cesare super high-end witching induction cooktops  integrated coffee machines refrigerators by Sub  

Zero everything is designed with a custom feeling  including the walk-in closets the interiors of the  

home have state-of-the-art home automation  infrastructure by crest dorm the bathrooms  

are what we would consider an elegant European  feel that our tranquil that are designed with  

spa quality features and finishes which includes  again custom European cabinetry countertops that  

are available in array of fine materials and  finishes when we are done looking at the pent  

houses and the half floor units I would then  take you back to the insane 30,000 square foot  

of amenities and lifestyle that is 1,000 museum so  our next stop will be the indoor/outdoor wellness  

and spa area and this area is two full levels of  light filled space that's overlooking and open  

to the Sun and swim terrace this spacious fitness  center is outfitted with state-of-the-art strength  

and cardio training equipment and it becomes a  dedicated area that's both indoors and outdoors to  

fitness and overall activities on the second level  there's a spa that is designed with private rooms  

to massage and do beauty treatments that include  steam and sauna plunge pools and a relaxation  

lounge the second level also offers another  multimedia theater for private movie screenings  

lectures and presentations as we enter the Sun and  swim terrace you'll notice that the roots of the  

building in the exoskeleton and really brings a  contemporary art feeling and personal sense of Sun  

and swimming to this space featuring sculptural  extensions and you'll probably even notice a  

heart shape in those extensions comes pools that  are designed to help you relax lounge and include  

cabanas and day beds with poolside towel service  and saving the best for last its final component  

that makes this building one-of-a-kind is its  private rooftop helipad 1000 museum has been  

designed to offer Miami's first private helipad  experience in a residential tower this provides  

affluent residences the pure convenience of  arriving and departing securely on their own  

schedule without having to worry about commercial  airports or you can take your private helicopter
