Its no rocket science that most men have failed and will fail nofap.

And the biggest reason for that is a subtle but major mindset that needs to be changed.

Not making this subtle mindset change will cost you your nofap streak and can even put

This very subtle mindset tells your subconscious mind that nofap is unachievable, and there

will come a time, whether that be 1 month from now, or even 1 year from now where you

eventually give up.

Remember, nofap is only the pathway.

Use it to your advantage.

Don’t put your focus all on nofap.

Instead, let it be just a lifestyle that runs in the background, whilst your main focus

should be on your main goal, whether that be fitness, relation with God, finance or

communication and hypergamy.

When you make nofap your ultimate goal, your subconscious will always be thinking, “don’t

fap”, “don’t fap”.

And whatever you put your focus on, that’s exactly what you will do.

You will end up relapsing.

Instead if your focus is on your purpose, that exactly what you will end up achieving.

There’s a perfect quote that says, “you turn into whatever takes your focus”.

Because of putting nofap on a pedastal, nofap becomes a challenge for 99% of men, not a

lifestyle.

I want you to Do this exercise with me right now.

For a few seconds close your eyes.

now, whatever you do, don’t think of a white elephant.

Keeping your eyes closed, imagine anything, except a white elephant.

you might want to pause the video for the few seconds, to make it easier.

now open your eyes.

Chances are, that the harder you tried to not think about that white elephant, the more

you imagined it.

Why?

Because your focus is on the elephant.

Instead, if you would have said to yourself, alright, I am going to imagine a yellow Lamborghini,

then it you wouldn’t even have thought of the white elephant.

Because your attention is now on a specific goal and target.

Same thing applies to nofap.

Focus on your purpose, and let nofap be simply a lifestyle that runs in the background, almost

like a beacon that 10 exes the strength of everything you want to achieve.

This subtle mindset will help you get more things done, and stay committed to whatever

you are doing.

So brothers, whatever you do in life, never put it on a pedastal, expect God himself.

Everything in this life is achievable, including semen retention.

It’s very much possible to go 6 or even 10 years on nofap.

But it all begins with the right mindset.

Having the right mindset of where your attention is being placed.

You attention is a energy in itself.

Just like sexual energy, whatever you put your attention to, thats what you will get

dragged into.

Just like that white elephhant, even though you didn’t want to think about it, but because

failed.

So get yourself together, start with the right mindset.

This might mean that every morning, you write down in your diary what you have to do for

the day.

For example, 6 am I will get up.

From 6 to 8 am I will pray, exercise, have breakfast and groom myself, and so on.

By having your day fully planned out, your attention will stay on what you must do, instead

of what you shouldn’t.

You will have no time to think about the white elephant.

Why?

Because your attention is now being directed into the right activities.
