the sublingual way of use through a tincture, so if you're interested in that check out

the other videos on my channel. But since a lot of people also vape CBD oil,

this video will be all about vaping CBD. This video will cover everything you need

to know about vaping CBD oil, from how to do it, to pro's & cons, dosage

& the best brands. So make sure to watch the whole video if you're interested in vaping

CBD.

So, let's start with the pro's & cons of vaping CBD oil.

The BIGGEST pro's of vaping CBD, compared to other ways of use, are the following:

-Out of all ways of use, vaping has the quickest absorption; You feel the effects of the CBD

Immediately after vaping. -Because of the very effective absorption,

vaping also has the highest bio-availability, meaning that more compounds are absorbed than

with other ways of use, so it's the most potent way.

-And another advantage is the portability and convenience. You can carry your vaporizer

or pen everywhere you go, and use it very easy.

So now let's move on to the BIGGEST cons of vaping CBD.

-A big disadvantage, is that some brands use harmful thinning agents in the vaping oil.

When these agents reach high temperatures, they can become very unhealthy, & cause irritations,

allergic reactions, or even worse. To avoid inhaling these toxic agents, you

ALWAYS have to make sure you're using CBD products that are a 100% natural and from

high quality. So check the ingredients, the 2 most common

used agents which you want to avoid because they can become toxic, are called "propylene

glycol and polyethylene glycol". -But I will talk about brands later in this

video, and I will put the link of the CBD brand I use myself for vaping in the description,

that brand is a 100% natural, safe and has very high quality.

-Besides the thinners some brands use that I just described, vaping CBD should be safe

in general, but more long-term research is needed.

& when you have a pre-existing health condition with your lungs, you should be careful.

-When vaping CBD, the effect lasts 2 to 3 hours, which is shorter than when using sublingual.

These were the biggest pro's & con's of vaping CBD oil, compares to using other methods.

Now let's take a look at HOW to vape CBD oil. There are multiple ways of vaping CBD. The

most common ways are the following:

-The first one is using a CBD pen. You could use a disposable pen if you are a beginner,

since it's by far the easiest way of vaping CBD. It's also 1 of the cheapest ways.

These tiny pens are pre-filled with CBD vape juice, and have a built-in coil and battery,

so they don't need any preparation.

You don't need to push any buttons or something, all you need to do is inhale, like a normal

cigarette. You can generally get a few hundred puffs

out of these pens before you need to dispose them.

-If you are more advanced and vape more regularly, you could pick a rechargeable vape pen.

You have to fill these yourself with vape juice.

Rechargeable pens generally produce more vapor and flavor than disposables, and are more

cost effective long term. Rechargeable pens require some more maintenance,

like changing the coil and cleaning the tank, and also require more knowledge to operate.

Therefor you need to read the user manual that comes with it carefully, to make sure

you're using it properly.

-The second common method, which is the easiest after disposable pens, is using cartridges.

Cartridges are vape tanks that are pre-filled with CBD vape juice or distillate.

You need to attach them to a e-cigarette battery or another device that is compatible with

it. They require little maintenance since the

cartridges are disposable. Also they are not hard to operate, but you should still read

the manual that comes with it. -CBD PODS are similar to the cartridges, but

they are compatible with a JUUL battery.

So, now you understand the most common ways of vaping CBD oil, let's move on to the dosage.

The dosage you need differs for everyone, since it depends on the reason of use, and

every person reacts differently. That's why you should start low, like 5mg,

see how you react, and increase the dosage with 5mg each time until you've reached the

desired effect. For disposable pens and cartridges, usually

1 puff is 1 or 2 mg of CBD. For example when you have a pen of 200mg in total, containing

200 puffs, you will have 1mg with each puff. But the strength differs per product, you

can find this info on the product most of the times.

For rechargeable pens, you need to calculate it by looking at the % of the vape oil you're

using.

So now you understand the dosage of vaping, let's take a look at the best brand for vaping

CBD. There are a LOT different CBD brands. Some

are good, some are bad. With CBD its important you use a brand with

high quality, especially when vaping, to avoid the toxic agents like I described earlier

in this video. I'll put the link of the CBD brand I use myself

for vaping in the description. They sell very good disposable pens and cartridges,

as well as other CBD products. All their vape products have VERY high quality,

and are a 100% natural and safe.

Besides the things I just decribed, here are some other important things you need to know

about vaping CBD & CBD in general: -You can NOT use the oil that is made for

sublingual-use in a CBD pen. You can only use the oil that is specially for vaping.

-Vaping CBD oil is NOT comparable to smoking traditional cigarettes.

Because you're using a electic heating source and evaporate, there won't be any combustion,

so you won't inhale toxic substances, like you do with traditional cigarettes.

Also there's no nicotine added, like with normal cigarettes.

Since you use vapor, there won't be any smoke, so it also won't produce a strong odor, like

traditional cigarettes do. -And vaping CBD will NOT get you high when

using a Isolate or Full spectrum oil, because they contain very little to no THC.

-Oils containing full spectrum will have more benefits than isolate, since all the cannabinoids

work together, but full spectrum has a chance of

making you test positive on a drug test when using too much, because they contain very

little amounts of THC. So if you have concerns of getting drug-tested,

you should pick a islote CBD oil, which will NEVER make you test you positive.

-You can NOT overdose on CBD. -The CBD oil itself has a reverse tolerance,

which means you DON'T build tolerance to it, but it actually works better when using for

a longer period of time. -CBD has no real side effects at normal use.

When using too much you could experience some small irritabilities like headache, nausea

or dizziness, but no big side effects. -CBD has a LOT of benefits. It's most used

for things like anxiety, stress, sleep, depression, pain and certain diseases.
