hey everyone welcome back to the channel i don't  have to tell you who i am you already know who it  

is and today i brought you to sunny isles beach  one of my favorite places in all of south florida  

and we're here at the turnberry ocean club  the unit i'm going to be showing you today  

is actually two units seamlessly combined into one  it's got five bedrooms seven and a half bathrooms  

inside you have 6 740 square feet that's about as  big as most mansions and you have over 1500 square  

feet of terrace space and before we get started i  just want to give a quick shout out to the listing  

agent mariano for even allowing us to do this tour  and on that note let's go get started follow me  

so we just came off the elevator and as we  walk in this is just like your foyer area  

beautiful light fixture we have above us and the  reason you're gonna hear me talking about a lot  

of the stuff that we see in here is because this  place is given to you turnkey everything you see  

here is included it was completely furnished by  vision air let me show you what they have to offer  

follow me inside and look got a huge swivel door  big fan of those it's not just a regular front  

door it swivels how do you not love that come  on in youtube this is like your first walkway  

area a couple places to sit i'm not mistaken i hit  this switch and thank god i was right yeah look it  

lights up this is actually a great place you can  store some wine bottles as soon as you walk in you  

get your favorite bottles right in front of you i  mean that is just a flex if i've ever heard of one  

and then as we continue on down this path we're  gonna come into here this huge huge living room  

absolutely amazing and what's more amazing is  this light fixture i don't think i've ever seen  

anything like it it's i've yeah i just don't i  have no words i've never seen anything like it  

but the only thing that's distracting me from  it is the view that you get you have 80 feet  

of water frontage so when you walk in you have  to you have to almost like fight with your mind  

what do i want to focus on the amazing furniture  or the view we've got four seats right over here  

and then just across from them probably one of the  most elegant dining rooms to date that i've seen  

you have this beautiful marble table well  let me just apologize for saying beautiful  

so many times i'm going to say throughout this  video and then look at the light fixtures above  

these are exceptional light fixtures look at  them you've never seen anything like them and  

if you have then while you're cultured but  you got enough space here to sit 10 of your  

favorite people and for the people on youtube  right now in the middle of that comment saying  

that people can see into your place or whatever  let me stop you right there not only can i not  

see into their place but let's say this was an  issue for you you simply just come over here

click one button and boom you can close the  blind and get some privacy but we're not  

going to do that because who cares you  don't want to block the ocean you want  

to see the ocean that's the whole reason  you bought this home is to see this ocean  

and sitting here and having that meal it just adds  to the flavor of the food makes it taste better  

and where's the food to be prepared eric where are  we preparing that food into the kitchen walk in  

with me come in here with me pass these bar stools  where you could sit out if you wanted to but i  

wouldn't sit just yet let me take you inside here  because they've got the works at the willy wonka's  

chocolate factory they got everything i want up  above we have the vent so when you're cooking that  

roast and it's just steaming up getting sucked in  and filtered out and your house smells beautiful  

and while you're cooking that you're looking  out into the ocean again a little bit further  

down a table that extends off the kitchen and  so while you're sitting here the kids are up in  

the morning you know in every like hallmark  movie there's a bunch of kids eating cereal  

and stuff in the morning and the dad like comes  in with a tie and he's like oh i gotta go kid  

like that that's this is where it happens right  over here you know exactly what i'm talking about  

you do you know anyway this whole kitchen  this is an italian cabinetry everything  

is just really nice and modern how about  this gaganow appliances coffee maker oven  

everything you need wine cooler let's not forget  that because this is probably the most important  

feature in any home and they actually have it  stocked correctly which i don't see very often  

you got the grey goose in  there a little mix a little sip  

you know how it is right and if you thought jason  is a little too modern for me i don't have enough  

storage space let me stop you right there again  stop commenting on my video until you watch the  

whole thing look across from over here we have  cabinetry space it lights up but you come down  

over here this is kind of like where we walked  in by the way just to keep everyone on track  

front door curves in boom this is like our tv  room because that whole area you're not going  

to waste that watching tv you got the ocean why  you put on the tv are you that crazy this is where  

you'll watch the tv you have the big screen over  here corner couch so you just got like this kind  

of vibe and you're like this is where you sit  like this you watch that favorite show of yours  

jason matu's luxury home tour video is featuring  eric you love that it's your favorite thing ever  

got that right over here how exceptional and  well follow me down i want to show you some of  

the guest bedrooms guest areas where you're going  to be sleeping we're actually not where you're  

going to be sleeping unless you're the guest  this is where your friends will be sleeping  

and on my left you have the half bathroom it's got  a crazy view toilet so you can see the ocean what  

more do you need we'll walk down a little further  come down over here a few other guest bedrooms  

this is like the service area side we'll skip this  is where your laundry your toaster who wants to  

see that let me take you into a bedroom come into  here with me amazing the views you get in here the  

first thing i know you thought was like wow bunk  bed but there's four kids that can fit in here  

four children can fit in this room and this amount  of space on top of the four kids being in here is  

unbelievable they have access to their own balcony  they have an entire ensuite to themselves on that  

side this is probably the best place i've slept  over if you're between the ages you know let's  

not put an age cap on sleepovers whenever you  want to do a sleepover this is the best room to  

do it in and the view you get looking out here  you got the bay on this side ocean on that side  

beautiful city on this side i don't know where  to look first come out of here call me eric

we're gonna make the turn to the  adjacent bedroom on my left over here  

so when you come into this room this is  this is probably for the older sister  

i'm just speaking from experience i don't know but  you got the singular bed i don't know has anyone  

seen this an ugg blanket that's quality this is  soft you got your closet behind you over here

the essentials and the view you get from this  room while you're laying in bed looking out at  

the bay the beautiful bay clear day today we  got very lucky and then of course check it out  

you're on suite sink walk-in shower immaculate  view no one can see in you could see out and i  

actually want to take them onto this balcony  real quick while we're on this side those uh  

those ropes that we see over there these  are like window cleaners so just ignore that  

but when you come out look at this huge balcony  look at the size of this this is part of where  

that 1500 square feet comes in you see it now huge  space out here and the view like i said amazing  

all the people who watch my channel going by  it's gorgeous out here absolutely magnificent  

i showed you that balcony i want to  show you now this balcony why not

you know what camera eats first this is this never  gets old tell me how eric how many houses we've  

seen it doesn't get old the ocean is always insane  crazy that people wake up and live like this  

every day it could be you if you play your cards  right so we'll walk down also you have an 11 foot  

nice and it doesn't feel like you're on  the edge like shimmying down to one side  

i don't know what that movement was anyway how  about this you like to grill i've heard i listen  

electric chef here we're not smoking up the  environment we're not causing a fire and you're  

still getting your grilled food that's a win-win  in jason's book the balcony continues down as well  

i want to say that because that actually  is where the main suite of the property is  

so let's let's head back inside let me blow your  mind let me earn that liking that sub earn it

so i didn't go into a lot of detail as much detail  as i wanted to in here so let me fix that problem  

right now when you walk in back down this living  room this light fixture made eric and i both  

jump a little bit because look this is how i  walked into the place and when you turn it on  

the light is reflecting off the  back of this and hitting the wall  

just insane even the wood slabs at the top just  as the contrast chanel is that chanel dolce  

gabbana that's chanel right chanel surfboard and  take a look at this living room this is the most  

formal living room i've ever seen i don't know  what that means i don't know what level of formula  

i'm looking but it's just you know what i mean  it's very classy elegant i feel like this is a  

great place i would just sit here and i would  chat about like the trending topic of the day  

like oh you saw that nft like bro like this  is where you do the talk you know what i mean  

cross your legs like that again you  like the cross what's the trending topic  

the nft jason is blowing up we can't stop watching  his content that kind of stuff you know light  

fixtures are the every light fixture in here has  been a journey into my imagination who thinks  

of this it's genius the tables the contrast  architectural digest book you gotta have it  

wall of a mirror that is emphasizing the room  beyond anyone's imagination and then a little dog  

anyway come down here you're about to see  a lot more bedrooms i think we should skip  

the main suite for now i don't want to burn  it too early but like look let's come down  

here let's finish everything up and then we'll  head to the main suite so come down here with me  

so down here on my left you actually  have a really really cool media room  

den office this is where your desk would  be shelves on the wall keep in mind there  

could also be a room if you need the  extra room but the way it is now you  

have enough rooms this is a great theater  i'd probably this is a theater to be honest  

theater in office i'm a working man work at home  and the doors take a look at these doors bro look

wow super cool doors follow me

the staff on this side if you wanted to it has own  bedroom in there room for them that they need to  

spend the night and help out come down over here  so on my left we actually have another full guest  

suite i'm gonna open the windows again for us  so we can see look at that water when you open  

it up gorgeous you got the two beds over here  access to the balcony again and then you have  

your ensuite over there on one side and we still  have more bedrooms over here literally another  

one right over here the same exact thing  eric see if you can get this upon opening

i mean you're telling me that you're not  subscribed to this channel i don't believe you  

you have your own suite over here you got the same  view over here same access outside what is this  

place missing somebody comment down below so i can  delete the comment because there's nothing missing

it's time now to take you into the main suite  you're not gonna believe it you're gonna say  

i don't believe it i have to do this obviously  because it's this kind of door you know i do

welcome to your main suite this is where you're  going to spend every day every night these doors  

up to my wingspan come on in with me come on in  with me before we get down there don't even look  

don't don't don't peek don't peek come down here  we're gonna have closet number one keep in mind  

eric i don't know if you forgot we're in a condo  this is not like a big mansion house look at the  

size of this closet come look at this this is  the closet in a condo we come down over here

closet number two so this whole room she's  dedicated to shoes and that's for clothes  

that's the level of closet we're talking here and  the best part is you get two bathrooms so this let  

me see what the bigger one is all right so that's  the bigger one so this is hers and this is his  

so you got his on my left her is on my right  hers has oh my lord look at the size of this tub  

um that's massive i would love to take a shower  in this bathroom but unfortunately i don't have  

enough subscribers hopefully one day and  i'll splice this video in to prove it but  

enough with the jokes let's get real serious  for a second i'm about to show you something so  

serious you're going to freak out the main sweet  follow me as you walk in amazing king size bed or  

the queen size bed it's a king size but it could  be for a queen if you know what i'm trying to say  

i support everybody and the view you get when you  wake up and go to bed at night is the ocean the  

open ocean no buildings no nothing obstructing you  you wake up you see the ocean your life is great  

you turn to your left tv upon the wall you got  the wood backsplash to like counteract all this  

this is a mirror right normally if that  ikea mirror we all have it this one is like  

a piece of art i'm looking at it and i almost  don't even recognize myself it's so artistic  

and obviously the main feature of this room is  the access the balcony that you get so let me  

take you guys out there you're gonna freak  out again i know you if you have an inhaler  

grab it grab it right now oh you think i'm gonna  stop here you think i'm gonna stop here i am it's  

this side shoot look there you go the door  goes that long when you come out first thing  

you're going to do is this dude oh my do you hear  the one can you the water man the water sounds

laying out here this is impeccable and the best  part is it's not just here that you get this whole  

thing is your balcony just for the main suite  it's so cool so new so fresh and so clean you know
