through my coaching today I want to talk about

co-dependency and compassion and boundaries very important many of us who

honor selves attracting narcissists discovered that we are so we have so

much empathy for people that we love who are not being very nice we have so much

compassion people who only ever since we live we feel we could understand why

people are not nice to us and so I know my own situation when my mother is being

abrasive I would observe how my mom and dad were interacting and I can come to

presume and ensuring that because daddy wasn't being nice to mommy and he wasn't

being considered her feelings and a heart she's working throughout the day

and he was being abrasive like a costume at that time mommy was not nice to me so

I was happy even at five six seven or eight years old had such great

compassion for my mom and I realized later on impact and that I could feel

with other people were feeling and while it's a remarkable quality to have as a

human being can be very very difficult to navigate when your child and all you

can do with feel you don't have to shut it off your feeling I mean to me I mean

I don't know if I was crazy if I would imagine that I could feel what a plan

she'll want a dog but I'm just as a little kid I remember walking path /

broken I was thinking to myself oh my god that plan man hasn't added me and I

don't know I can't be sure but I remember distinctly just simply being a

child with that

I thought I would worry about the birds and squirrels I wouldn't worry about

bears and dogs and when there is a thunderstorm I only got this poor ounce

changed walks away and and immediately think about a tree being cut down and

imagine that I could feel with that field and so so much into this world and

you can't help but feel everything and that's really hard when you're a kid

because a lot of people don't feel what other people are feeling a lot of people

don't care what other people are feeling their parents you know question how the

children feel i mean it's beyond me to imagine being a parent who doesn't

consider his or her child deals but I need to reality is a lot of parents out

there just don't give up and so we those of us who have this tremendous maybe may

have been born fetal cells they just have no understanding or passion or

empathy for the problem is is that creatures we don't have and so when I

met my hands and my first one particular I was like 15 artists such a lot of the

time completely boy crazy and you would like time in like five minutes and I

should have first and then I was 12 14 years all but I understand why he was

like that because you know he doesn't feel

to prove to him that I love you know he was flirting with other girls you know

you know you know he totally understood why he was he was but I had no passion

for myself now this video is about how those of others

figure out how we can still have everything for others but you know

figure out what's the boundary

why do we have all the well this is again I'm not personally but I think the

Bible is a tremendous history book in my opinion you know she personally that me

what happens when you go and so I focus on something else number 12 reality you

don't just take the focus back into your body and she's to focus upon others

doing to you if you want to use it as a lock myself it is so much

compassion and understanding before it offers a narcissist understanding I

first started understanding why that person so I don't understand that first

make sure that I am taking care of me

information to be ok and the brain gets imprinted with this idea I am unlovable

compassionate people just 10 then you will be picking up other people's now

this is a great quality as you be if you have if you have developed a lot of

objectifying

so I worked with quite a struggle with this myself

aggressive and I just know his behavior

justifying his behavior because I had to identify your behavior

jungle that's a lot of discernment I have to know them and so our selves and

they're so its people by nature very important that you have to develop

ok but you have not conditional or compassion to self when you really you

know people so that's why the gold fish ok so if it's just me and that I love

myself because I want to be around you care now all the people of India upset

because my goal and have compassion while they understand why I'm doing what

I do and I know anybody it's really not that I have to accept that people have a

right to their opinion and that they have a right to be unhappy

compassionate about how that makes me feel that I need to have compassion for

myself in that situation we got back to you and having compassion for self

important to keep in mind that we judge ourselves that we have to learn to

identify the difference between

and judging just need to figure out looking to figure out what kind of

person that you have when they're not who's seen me whether or not you have

the ability to hear that's not sure if you say that

and so is you are divine authentic stop and all we have to do is wait and then
