On today’s episode for Stranger Universe, I will talk about more fan theories proposed

by you guys in regards to Stranger Things 4!

And now, let us begin...

We are 17 days away from the release date of Stranger Things 4 Volume 1.

Ever since we did the last fan theories video, we have gotten a lot more content for season

4, more specifically the long awaited trailer itself as well as more images that reveal

tidbits about the plot.

So just like that, we will delve into 10 other fan theories proposed by you guys.

First up, we have Ethan Rankins.

“The season ends with shots of the upside down invading our dimension.

It shows the upside down attacking New York, LA, Chicago, and other large cities.

It also shows all the different kinds of Upside down creatures flying around too.

The group loses and the upside down leaks through the rift and starts taking over Earth.”

I think this is an interesting theory because visually speaking, seeing the Mind Flayer

looking down on a famous city as it gets consumed by the Upside Down would be so chilling and

terrifying, and would successfully establish the threat as being apocalyptic, and raises

the scale for season 5 even further than season 4.

We shall see if something like that happens.

Next up, we have Sci-Person who says “I think Billy's mom could be the lady stepping

out of the car in the California teaser.

In the Flashbacks in Season 3 Billy's dad asks the mom.

“You saw HIM again, didn't you?"

I think him could be referring to Brenner and that's why Billy's mom never came back,

she's evil.”

I’m not quite sure about this to be honest.

It is a possibility but Billy’s mom seemingly left her abusive husband into the arms of

another man, leaving Billy behind as well.

Billy and Max will definitely get a lot of focus, but I’m not quite sure if this will

also be involved.

Ashley Deane said “I think Vecna knows El, her weaknesses, and her powers.

I think he's messing with Max to lure El back to Hawkins so that he can defeat her.

Because of this, I believe the Demogorgon & Mind Flayer were Vecna's agents and when

they failed, he realized he must do it himself.”

Yeah, Vecna seems to be the big bad of the Upside Down and of the endgame for the Stranger

Things series.

Maybe it’s cause the Mind Flayer was defeated twice already but I wanna see what Vecna brings

to the table, and if the leaks about him are correct, then he definitely has the potential

to last two full seasons.

As for El and Vecna’s relationship, we shall see what happens.

Then we have Delvin Things who says “I think that once Spring Break starts Mike is going

to fly to Lenora Hills and Eleven, Will, Johnathan and Argyle will meet him on the first or the

second episode and that they would be going skating.

I think that Max would most likely be having a lot of contact with Vecna like Will had

with the Mind Flayer.”

Yeah, that’s definitely what’s going to happen based on the trailers and the recently

deleted behind the scenes interview with Noah and Millie.

Mike is coming over either at the end of episode 1 or at the beginning of episode 2 and he

becomes part of the California storyline from there on.

On the other hand, Vecna is definitely terrorizing Max, and I worry about her fate.

Then we have the Boundless who theorizes, “I think Eddie will sacrifice himself.

This might happen during the scene where we see him playing the guitar and he might use

himself as bait so that Dustin can get away.”

This might end up becoming a sad reality, based on not just the trailer itself but the

fact that one of the Monopoly cards literally states that he will be playing his guitar

to distract the Demobats from attacking the gang.

Will Eddie die?

We shall see.

Here we have alli who says “When max is flying in the air, I think Billy is showing

that vecna is becoming an enemy and that when max is in the "red place" it's what Billy

is showing her.

I also believe Billy isn't dead, and that he's stuck in the upside down trying to help

the gang.”

I’m not sure if Billy really is alive.

That said, it’s definitely an interesting theory and from a certain point of view, maybe

Billy is communicating with Max from the afterlife?

Maybe we’ll see him as a ghost?

We have karola17 who says “THIS WILL BE THE BEST SUMMER EVER.”

Yes, it will be!

Now we have pseudonymous girl who says, “I think Max will have spotlight this season.

Like after she lost her brother, I think she is

mentally weak so most likely she gonna be possessed as we see her levitating.

I think some part of her is also stuck in the upside

down like will in season 2, she might be seeing visions of the upside down.

I also i observed when max is running towards the portal to escape vecna we see some shadowy

picture through that red portal in what seems to be the side view of the picture that we

see max levitating in.”

Yes, that is correct on all accounts, it seems like Max is running towards the view of her

levitating in the air that we see earlier in the trailer.

It’s easy to assume that Max will be at the center of the Hawkins storyline this season,

maybe she will be the new host following Will and Billy?

Here’s hoping she won’t die like her step brother.

Our penultimate theory is from Daniel Caulfield who states “Max is running towards the light

with the silhouette of the moment when she’s flying, she is trying to race Vecna to her

own body.”

Yes, again it looks like she’s running back to her consciousness, or maybe it’s literally

her soul being transported into the Upside Down and we’re seeing that soul running

back to the body.

It’s like her consciousness gets transported into the Upside Down and she is being chased

by Vecna as she tries to jump back into her body and back into the real world.

It will be a very interesting scene to see on screen.

Last, but not least, we have autumnbrxxze who says, “Papa, is the one who trained

Eleven and helped develop her powers from the get-go.

So, given his experience and knowledge, perhaps El will become so desperate to help her loved

ones that she turns to him as a last resort.

Even if that means being trapped in a lab again.”

Sadly enough, this seems like a possibility although the trailer suggests that she’s

joining Owens, not Brenner.

It’s still possible that the van carrying Eleven gets intercepted, based on the California

teaser.

With that said, the end goal is the same: El gets her head shaven, and based on leaks

and Matthew Modine’s words on twitter, Brenner will be back in the present day.

We shall see if any of these theories end up being correct.

Overall, very exciting times.
