In this video, I’ll uncover many of the symptoms of low testosterone so that you can

  • 00:04

determine whether or not low testosterone is an issue for you. Many men realize at some

  • 00:12

point in their life that they just don’t feel like they used to. They don’t have

  • 00:14

the vitality anymore, they don’t have the energy anymore and they start to think “Maybe

  • 00:18

I have low testosterone?” and then they ask themselves “What are the symptoms of

  • 00:23

low testosterone?” That’s what we are going to discuss in this video. We are going

  • 00:25

to talk about the symptoms of low testosterone and of course, we are going to discuss why

  • 00:29

men start to have lower testosterone in the first place. We’re going to discuss all

  • 00:33

of the different reasons and how it affects you in your day to day life. And so, let’s

  • 00:38

go ahead and dive in. But before we do I am Dr. Zyrowski and welcome to the channel. If

  • 00:41

you are new to the channel it’s a pleasure to have you here. Be sure to subscribe, hit

  • 00:44

that bell notification and join our notification community that way it can help you excel in

  • 00:48

your health and your life. Let’s go ahead and first talk about how do we get low testosterone

  • 00:53

in the first place because there are a lot of reasons here. A lot of men, like I said,

  • 00:57

are asking what are the symptoms. They are seeing all of these ads for testosterone replacement

  • 01:01

therapy, I’m a big fan of doing it naturally and making sure we boost testosterone naturally

  • 01:06

and I’ll give you resources in this video for that. But first, let’s talk about, normal

  • 01:11

with ageing. It is estimated that pretty much as male hits 30 years old, from there on out

  • 01:15

testosterone starts to decline. So that’s something that if out testosterone starts

  • 01:20

to decline then we will start to get all of the different symptoms that we will talk about

  • 01:23

in just a moment here. So normal with ageing. Obesity. So, there is 40% of the people in

  • 01:29

the world and about 13% of the people in the world are obese and so if we are obese, if

  • 01:35

we are overweight it is going to affect our testosterone levels. That extra weight is

  • 01:39

not good for overall testosterone levels. So, of course, we want to slim down in order

  • 01:43

to boost the testosterone as well. Stress is another big factor. So whenever it is chemical

  • 01:48

stress, emotional stress, physical stress all of these different stressors on our body

  • 01:52

is going to rise cortisol and what was found in the research is that when cortisol goes

  • 01:57

up testosterone goes down. Basically, it is going to block testosterone. So we want to

  • 02:02

make sure that if someone is stressed out all of the time then we are realizing that

  • 02:07

stress is playing a role in decreasing our testosterone. Soy-based products. So oaky,

  • 02:12

soy-based products. When you get a lot of these different soy protein shakes and soy

  • 02:16

bars and all of these different soy foods that people are eating. These have phytoestrogens

  • 02:21

in them. Basically, what as found was when you’re consuming soy products and you are

  • 02:25

consuming phytoestrogens it is going to raise up your estrogen levels and as a result, it

  • 02:30

will drive down your testosterone. So this is the same thing, whenever it is men or women

  • 02:35

it is very important to be sure that you are avoiding these soy-based products so you can

  • 02:38

be sure that you are not driving testosterone down. Vegetable oils is also a big one. Now,

  • 02:44

vegetable oils are going to have the unsaturated fats in them and basically, there’s lots

  • 02:48

of studies out there. I mean there are plenty of studies. There was one in particular where

  • 02:51

they took 69 men, they had them consume more of the vegetable oils and as a result, it

  • 02:57

was consistently driving their testosterone levels down. So we want to make sure that

  • 03:01

we are staying away from those different vegetable oils out there. Flaxseed is another one that

  • 03:05

drives down testosterone. Now, this is one that is generally thought to be very healthy

  • 03:10

for us. A lot of people are putting flaxseed in their shake and that kind of thing but

  • 03:13

the truth is that there is something called lignans in the flaxseed and what this is,

  • 03:17

is a plant-based compound that is going to bind up testosterone and excrete it from the

  • 03:24

body causing it to drive down testosterone levels. So Flaxseed is something that does

  • 03:29

that. Processed foods is also a big one. There’s also lot’s of trans fats which are proven

  • 03:34

to drive down testosterone but you are also going to get a lot of artificial food colorings,

  • 03:37

you’re going to get a lot of sugar, you’re going to get all of the things that you don’t

  • 03:41

want if you want to have a good healthy level of testosterone. So, we do want to stay away

  • 03:45

from all of these processed foods. Make sure when you eat a food, you can actually understand

  • 03:49

the ingredient and there are not about 30 different ingredients in every food you are

  • 03:54

eating because theres a good chance that if that’s the case then it is a very unhealthy

  • 03:58

food for you. Alcohol is another one, now when we talk about alcohol, in general, it

  • 04:03

is going to be someone who is going to be drinking 2-3 per day. If you are drinking

  • 04:06

2-3 acholic beverages per day you are going to likely have a problem with testosterone.

  • 04:11

We got to be careful with the alcohol. And then lack of exercise. I talk about it all

  • 04:15

of the time, how exercise is critically important for the overall human body, it is woven into

  • 04:22

our DNA, to our genetics that we need to have daily exercise without it we will have lower

  • 04:27

testosterone levels. Now, let’s go ahead and talk about the symptoms of low t. Okay,

  • 04:32

now the symptoms are very important like I said I am not a fan of doing hormone replacement

  • 04:36

therapy here. I actually use a nutritional product in my clinic in order to bring up

  • 04:41

testosterone levels. We are using patented, reach based nutrients that really drive that

  • 04:46

up. I will put a link in the description below here so you can check that out effectively.

  • 04:49

Let’s now look at the symptoms to see if this is something you would benefit from.

  • 04:56

First of all, is low sex drive. Like I said, many men as they age they think it is just

  • 05:00

part of aging but the problem is with aging comes lower testosterone which causes lowe

  • 05:06

sex drive. So, if we actually naturally boost those levels up we can actually improve that.

  • 05:10

Erectile dysfunction is another major issue that comes along with low testosterone levels.

  • 05:15

Hair loss, fatigue is a major one as well. So a lot of guys just find that they don’t

  • 05:20

have any energy at all so when they start boosting their testosterone levels a little

  • 05:25

it is amazing the reports that come out of that where it is like wow I have so much energy

  • 05:30

now, it’s just changed my life. It is really incredible. Loss od muscle mass, this is another

  • 05:36

thing as you age if you are a man you start to lose muscle mass, you are starting to not

  • 05:42

be able to go to the gym and work out and put the muscle mass on the same. Lower testosterone

  • 05:47

bubbles, so you will start to get lower muscle mass there. Increased body fat is another

  • 05:51

issue. This is literally the typical story of an aging man, right? He starts to lose

  • 05:58

muscle mass, he starts to get body fat and lower testosterone. So if we can boost those

  • 06:02

up naturally we can help fight off some of that body fat. Decreased bone mass is another

  • 06:07

issue as well. Mood changes are going to be anything from anxiety to depression to just

  • 06:14

feeling of loneliness. All of these different feelings that can come along with low testosterone

  • 06:19

and the affected memory. Your memory is not as sharp, you are finding that you can not

  • 06:26

stay as focused, concentration is out of the window. The affected memory, the affected

  • 06:30

brain function is all apart of low testosterone as well. Now also what I want to do is share

  • 06:35

with you a video I did right over here and in this video, I talked about the different

  • 06:38

nutrients you can use in order to boost testosterone up so check out that video it is very important.

  • 06:43

Now like I said, when it comes to testosterone here are the different symptoms and here are

  • 06:48

the different reasons people have low testosterone. Here are some of them, okay. Now the thing

  • 06:53

is, I am not a fan of all of these different hormone replacement therapies out there. I

  • 06:57

believe in working to boost testosterone naturally through lifestyle factors, improving your

  • 07:03

diet, making sure you are getting proper exercise, making sure that you are using proper nutrients

  • 07:08

like the one I mentioned. I will put a link in the description, using different nutrients

  • 07:12

to boost your testosterone levels and then if all else fails then you can look into different

  • 07:17

methods but I am a big fan of doing the natural stuff first and then going in and if that

  • 07:23

doesn’t work, which it does 99.9% of the time, and if that doesn’t work then go to

  • 07:29

some of these other methods. That wraps this video up. Give it a thumbs up, share it with

  • 07:33

your friends. A lot of men are having issues with this, share it with your friends. If

  • 07:36
