all right guys welcome back to eSysman  Superyacht News, so the boat you just saw  

coming out of the shipyard  and heading for sea trials  

was project Enzo earlier this month - since then  she's been officially named motor yacht Apu okay  

it's a 115 meter or 377 foot super yacht and she  was built by none other than Lurssen who have  

announced the delivery of the vessel to her owner  so the owner is believed to be Michael Lee Chin  

and he's worth an estimated 1.5 billion  dollars according to the superyacht fan website  

the yacht is 5,000 gross tons and is said to  be focused on health and fitness with an extra  

large wellness center on board so the excellent  footage by the way is unfortunately it's not mine  

and i have to thank Tom Van Ussanen for this  footage - you can check out his Instagram page  

at Tom Van Usenan and you'll see some incredible  photos and videos like the one you saw at the  

beginning of this video all right guys moving  on uh the 71 meter or 230 ish foot super yacht  

with one of the most commented names in the world  of e-cis mancipits at least scat has been sold  

Stuart Lasen from Frasier yachting  was responsible for selling the vessel  

and in this case he also found the buyer so that's  a double bonus for him i think - Skat was owned by  

Russian billionaire and former microsoft engineer  and the man who brought us microsoft excel i don't  

know whether that's a good thing or a bad thing  anyway his name is Charles Simony i've made  

videos about this before Simony, is the first space  tourist to visit the international space station  

twice charles simony the U.S. A. space flight  participant floating in to be greeted by  

Yuri Lanchikov the Russian cosmonaut - each trip reportedly costing him 60  

million dollars i made a video about this a while  back i'll post the link here also interestingly  

60 million dollars is approximately what SKAT  sold for so that puts that into perspective  

most yacht SKAT is a 71 meter as i  said super yacht built by Lurssen in 2002  

and she stood out in a world of white wedding  cake super yachts by looking more like something  

you'd see escorting shipping off the coast of  somalia right with a military style profile and  

grey colours and numbering along the side like a  military vessel it's actually said that Simony  

wanted to buy an old warship and convert into  a yacht but he uh settled on a brand new lot  

from from Lurssen instead often commented on  because of the name Skat which means darling  

and Danish and also means taxes in Danish which  when you think of it it kind of makes sense right

will the new owner be changing the name  well does it bear Skat in the woods  

Simmony is selling because he has a new larger  also from Lurssen in the pipeline well it's more  

than in the pipeline it's actually - it's already  been launched and i made a video about that a few  

months ago i'll put i'll put some footage up here  and it's actually being finished being outfitted  

at the Lurssen yard all right guys next story  and the yacht brokers Camper & Nicholsons have  

released the first photos of the 126 meter super  yacht Octopus because she's joining their roster  

of available vessels for charter the once  ultra secret superyacht was originally owned by  

microsoft co-founder Paul Allen who died  fairly recently he was super private and  

as such there were pretty much no photographs of  this vessel available interior photographs that is  

currently the largest superyacht for charter is  flying fox and at 136 meters she is the longest  

and most expensive yacht you can currently charter  so enter Octopus and even though she's shorter 126  

meters she has a larger gross tonnage by almost  a thousand tons at just shy of 10,000 gross tons  

in total and flying fox is reported to cost  three million dollars per week to charter so  

you can imagine that Octopus will cost somewhere  similar right and in 2022 she's set to embark on  

a 2-year round-the-world voyage in which you'll  be able to charter the vessel in whichever area  

takes your fancy all right guys next story  the 72 meter or 236 foot super yacht motor  

Azteca has been sold by Camper & Nicholson's and  Edmundston the vessel seen here earlier this year  

at the Monaco Yacht Show was for sale at the  show and it looks like that's that's paid off  

because the vessel sold and it was originally  built by the italian shipyard CRN yachts  

all right next story Dammen ships built commercial  shipping vessel will be converted into a superior  

it's been announced the conversion project of the  61 meter or 200 foot former commercial shipping  

vessel will have a full conversion to a superyacht  in the same sort of way Ragnar was converted  

project Cassius as it's been named will see  the vessel converted into an exploration  

and as you can see in the  renders here and it will have  

1,500 gross tons added in the way of 2 additional  decks on the rear of the vessel she's going  

to carry 6 guests and have a crew of 16 and  she'll have a cruising speed of just 10 knots  

but a range of 12,000 nautical miles which is  approximately 22,000 kilometers to put that into  

perspective that's approximately 3 atlantic  crossings from Gibraltar to the Caribbean and back

all right guys last story and this was sent  in by subscriber Pedro Vaz Pinto in a marina  

near his location in Portugal in Cascais Marina  with four boats sank and others were damaged when  

one of the vessels caught fire in the night and  witnesses say they had an explosion at a rock  

approximately 01:30 hours on them i think it  was the 18th or 19th of November which resulted  

in a fire which spread to the other vessels  there were no reports of any injuries
