Initially, a member of experienced and knowledgeable sales tem will visit our client to ascertain

the exact requirements and challenges facing the packaging and the items to be protected.

Equally, we are always happy to welcome clients to our Wiltshire production facility to see

our operations first hand and talk through a new project on site.

Following this, our expert in house design team will then create a conceptual design,

utilizing the latest CAD software and systems.

This can include the use of software allowing precise calculations of performance, to increase

strength, protection and lifespan and reduce costs through material savings to provide

a truly innovative solution.

After conceptual approval of a design, a pre production sample will be created for final

approval.

This ensures that all GWP packaging will be right first time, every time -- eliminating

costly mistakes and missed deadlines.

The next step will involve the creation of cutting forms for use in production of the

packaging.

The design, manufacture and quality control of our production tooling ensures accuracy

and consistent quality throughout the production process.

At this stage, if logos, instruction or branding is required, the necessary printing plates

will also be created.

With everything in place, the production process can begin.

Offering a wide range of flexible production methods, we can ensure that the most cost

effective and efficient process is used for each individual order while always ensuring

the highest possible quality.

As well as additional surface finishes, including Spectrumcoat to any pantone colour, Corstat

conductive coating, liquiguard waterproofing and Fireretard for improved flame resistance,

all from our in house, GWP Coatings division.

With the manufacture of the packaging finished, and stringent quality checks completed, we

will either deliver to the client immediately or offer our pioneering Just In Time service.

This entails GWP holding stock of both finished packaging and raw materials in our own premises,

allowing them to be called off in smaller, pre-agreed quantities as and when required.

For the client, this reduces the space and cost associated with managing stocks on site,

as well as providing significant cash-flow benefits.

By monitoring stock levels and usage patterns, we are also able to maintain an agreed stock

level and vastly reduce lead times on deliveries.

Customers can then schedule deliveries of their packaging exactly when it is required

through our unique, easy to use online ordering system, cutting down on administration costs,

time and effort.
