okay next up is some local anesthetic yeah it's xylocaine yeah so a bit of

lidocaine and some epinephrine it's gonna go underneath the skin there it's

very very tense because it's blackhead is really large really quite large so

put the anesthetic in it will leak out of every gap that it can here's these

are various superficial lesions often about a sack come on it's sometimes

known as pores of weenus in those states

okay let's say let's pop this in as we put the anesthetic yeah if it comes a

yeah was that where there's any of that painful wonderful very stoic that's what

we need for today okay so I'm gonna make a small incision see if we can excavate

this it's a rather large blackhead let's open that up like that as we do that we

can see just what we're dealing with a rather large blackhead look at that okay

it's hard inside you can just just tap it to slit

a fight there okay let's see if we can remove this plug and get you sorted okay

okay that's might not be the easiest thing it's very very dry okay so we pop

the skin means the thing is just coming out solid they do take several years to

they just sort of dead skin mm not necessarily connected but - buried

underneath and sometimes they do have sex but in this instance it doesn't

appear to be so I'm just gonna have a little rummage get all this stuff out
