Hi In this video I want to talk about 2 crystals that helped me release physical weight and

I am only going to share this because I know that some people are trying to work with crystals

they want to work with crystals to get that assistance to help them lose some weight so

I am going to share what worked for me and hopefully other people are going to share

through the comment section the crystals that helped them release physical weight.

You know I came upon this information by accident a few years ago I used to wear just malachite

and green aventurine I had malachite around my neck and green aventurine around my wrist.

The wrist of my left hand.

I was totally unconscious to what they were doing for me other than the fact that I had

started my crystal journey and I was totally interested in clearing out my emotions and

that was the only thing I knew at that time I was just so happy that I had malachite and

I had that green aventuring bracelet and I hadn't even started the journey of buying

crystals.

You know...so at that time I was totally unconcious I noticed that I was working with my emotions

to clear them out and everytime I would feel something when I was wearing the crystals

I would pay attention and whatever came to the surface I would work to clear it out.

I was really into flushing out everything within me that was probably contributing to

my weird state of existence at that particular time.

What I was not aware of at that time was how malachite and aventurine move energy.

They really really move energy.

They unblock and clear out any stagnant accumulation in the body and because of those things you

start losing weight whether you are conscious or unconscious sometimes you realize that

you start losing a lot of weight and people started commenting on my weight at that time

and I was just oh!

what do you mean?

You know?

I started losing a lot of weight, I lost over 10 pounds guys I lost over 10 pounds and at

that time I was working with Malachite and Aventurine remember that.

So...I thought about it and I wasn't really sure until a few weeks ago I bumped into this

woman who I completely totally trust in her wisdom, very very knowledgeable wise Being

and she mentioned to me that there are 4 crystals that work beautifully in helping people with

weight loss issues and she happened to mention, Malachite, Green Aventurine, Green jasper

and Obsidian and I was like...Oh My Gosh!

Did you say Malachite and Aventurine?

And Then it hit me that Yeah!

During the period when I was working on other issues but I was wearing Malachite and Aventurine

I lost over 10 pounds.

It was a lot of weight...well I can't even mention but it was a lot of weight.

So I realize that maybe this is something that is working out for other people and of

course our health is totally up to us and this is not even about physical health because

everybody has to be responsible for their own health and how it works out for them this

is a responsibility that we have for this physical structures whatever is going on I

feel have to be really on top of it no matter how it is and you know we are always loved

and supported along the way and all types of information comes to assist us in any way

but this is just us sharing and talking crystals right now and what really worked for us in

particular situations.

So I used Malachite and Green Aventurine for my weight loss situation so I truly truly

hope that someone is going to leave a comment and let me know is they have been working

with crystals consciously to help them eliminate, release and let go of weight and maybe someone

is going to find it really really helpful because that is what we do.

We try to assist based on our own personal experiences.

Remember that all Green crystals are crystals that work on the physical body.

They help you and assist you on the physical body.

They help with elimination and they help with detoxification.

Green crystals are very very powerful crystals.

And also, I want to share something which you might find very helpful if you are working
