First we have the Bedouin Pharah that looks quite nice.

Next we have the Graffiti Tracer that looks quite different from other Tracer skins but not necessarily in a bad way.

Jazzy skin for Lúcio is one of my favourite Anniversary skins, as the overall look might be a bit complex
