panama. from puerto viejo on the caribbean side to the boca saltor island
is about three hours including some shuttles and some boats on the way
after being all over costa rica we decided to go to panama first to the
islands and then to panama city there are several islands next to each other on that
area we first arrived to bocas del toro and immediately took a taxi boat to bastimentos
which is more quiet it has a national park on it and it's very very beautiful
first thing we did was to explore the island we went to polo beach
do. i'm happy i just found the nicest people probably people like me and the most beautiful beach
this is called like the pole beach because a guy . named paul lives here he has been living here for several years he has a tiny cottage just
a few meters from here and finds some fish for you and he can cook for you
he decided to call it paul beach after him it's basically like like a virgin [ __ ] look at this
it's just. you at the ocean and some animals there's a turtle right here i don't
want to carry it but look at that i cannot zoom in this is right there
this island is called the red truck because it's it has a red frog in it everything says
breadfruit and i started this morning i'm so excited i saw like three of them they're so cute
has a platform where you can do exercise you can do yoga
