i'm going to say straight away studying for 14 hours a day is not needed for 99 of you
it just isn't if you find yourself having to study 14 hours a day then you need to either
learn how to study smarter so you can reduce the time you're studying or you need to manage
your time better because you're having to cram in your studying before the exam however if you
need to study for 14 hours a day which i don't recommend but if you do need to study these kind
of crazy hours then it's absolutely essential that you do it in a healthy and sustainable
way so in this video i'm gonna go through five steps on how you can study 14 hours a day but in
a healthy way because at the end of the day your health should always come first and just before

step 1 take breaks this video is all about studying 14 hours a day or just studying
long hours in general right it doesn't necessarily have to be 14 hours a day but studying long hours
in a healthy and sustainable way so one of the most important things you need to keep in mind to
just kind of keep your sanity really is to take breaks now there are two different types of breaks
there's your short breaks and your lung breaks so the shorter breaks meaning every 25 minutes
or every 13 minutes you should be standing up from your desk and moving around so not just
