Erythritol is a fake sugar.. The question I got from a viewer today through our YouTube channel is "Eric, is erythritol
okay for Candida?. Can I have erythritol on the Candida diet?". You can if you like fake stuff.. I'm not really into fake things.. I like real food.. When you're looking at different kinds of sugars like erythritol, xylitol, sorbitol,
mannitol, all those kinds of things, those are basically manmade fake sugars.
Often they're made from things like corn starch.. They'll actually ferment these starches and get these sugar alcohols from these starches.
A lot of people like erythritol like xylitol because it's I think erythritol is a lot less
